QUASAR 2.0 Registration Guidelines
Welcome to QUASAR 2.0! To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow these guidelines:
1. Team Size:
– Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members.
– Each team must nominate a team leader as the primary point of contact.
2. Registration Process:
– Fill out the online registration form available on our website.
– Provide accurate details, including team name, team members’ names, contact details, and institution/company (if applicable).
– Submit any required documents or information requested during registration.
3. Registration Fee:
– A non-refundable registration fee of ₹300 per team is applicable.
– Payment details will be shared during the registration process.
4. Important Deadline:
– Last date for registration: 10th December
5. Round 1 Details:
– Teams will be required to submit a PPT and UI/UX design showcasing their project idea.
– Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, and relevance to the theme.
6. Selection Criteria:
– Shortlisting will be based on the clarity of the idea, innovative approach, and alignment with the theme.
7. Confirmation:
– Shortlisted teams for subsequent rounds will be notified via email or contact number provided during registration.
8. Code of Conduct:
– Teams must adhere to the hackathon rules and guidelines provided during the event.
– Plagiarism or submission of pre-built projects is strictly prohibited.
